Betty Rautenberg, Recipient of TCH Caring Kind Award        Each year the staff of the Tilden Community Hospital choose one of their fellow workers to be the recipient of the Caring Kind Award. This award is given to the staff member that exemplifies the teamwork, dedication and spirit that creates a positive environment and enhances patient care. TCH is pleased to announce that the recipient of this years award goes to Betty Rautenberg.         Director of Nursing, Anita Morrison said of Betty, “Betty has been a very dedicated CNA and has worked for Tilden Community Hospital for 38 years. She is very compassionate and caring. She is a hard worker that expects as much from others as she does from herself. She has a sense of humor that is appreciated by staff and patients alike. Betty is often doing extra things for patients and family members. She is definitely caring and Kind!”         Betty will be receiving her award at the Nebraska Hospital Association Annual Convention held at the Hilton Omaha Hotel on November 17th.
